General

The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player and an infrared sauna (private). In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a balcony, a garden, a barbecue and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two hairdryers and a toilet.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

The solid wood interior creates a feel-good environment. Use the power source of the Zillertal Alps and recharge your batteries.

Cyclists receive a 10% discount at the bike rental (e-bikes, mountain bikes, etc.) just a few meters away. The Zillerpromenade is only 500 m away and is ideal for cycling and Nordic walking (equipment rental 300 m). You can access the large network of hiking trails (e.g. Marienberg, Goglhof) directly from the holiday home. Guided hikes are offered by the municipality (in some cases for a fee). Bicycle and hiking maps are available on site. The bathing lake in Schlitters offers wonderful refreshment and water fun. The impressive hiking paradise around the Spieljoch can be easily reached with the gondola lift: Once at the top, you can enjoy a magnificent panorama.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. Like Type B, Type C and Type D, but for 1-4 people.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
