Located in the countryside, there is natural lake quite near the property which is worth visiting. In winters, you can explore the Pitztal area, and there are ski buses available just 1 km away from the home. The town centre and the nearest restaurant both are just 200 m away from this vacation home.
You will find the interiors of this house quite tasteful, and it has been recently renovated. To beat the chill, there's an original wood-burning stove in the ground floor. Central heating is also available, and so is parking space.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
