Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
