The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a balcony, a sauna and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Living/sleeping room with 2 sofabeds and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms. Walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower, bidet, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Wooden floors. Large balcony, west facing position and south facing position, small balcony and, east facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: sauna (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, no lift. The furniture is made of untreated pine solid wood, the floors are made of wooden floorboards. The large balcony is mostly glazed, but is not heated in winter. A 22sqm double room with shower/toilet and garden area can be booked on the ground floor (BF-CJWWX). Bookings are allowed for holidays only.

Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 8.5 km, Mutterer Alm/Götzner Bahn 3.5 km. Please note: Property ref. BF-4KC8 is situated on the same property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house is centrally located, but in a quiet location facing the street. The carport for 2 cars has an internal height of 2 meters. A Finnish log cabin (BF-4KC8) can be booked directly in the neighborhood.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
