A house in a great location, in beautiful areas for skiing and hiking. The descent to the valley Aschau is only 800m. In summer, very neat garden with several seats invites you to relax.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,8 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing and your holiday home's surroundings features golfing. You can also relax, because near Kircher in Aschau im Zillertal you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
