Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 room with 1 double bed. Bath/shower/WC. Oil heating. Balcony, terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

In the hamlet Edwald 1.6 km from the centre of Angerberg, 8 km from the centre of Wörgl, 100 km from the centre of München, on a slope, 50 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside. For shared use: property with meadow. Table tennis. In the house: storage room for skis. 2 km long motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 6.5 km. Ski lift 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental 15 km, KitzSki, Zillertal. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
