Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Gallery with library. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Balcony. Covered balcony, sitting area. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
Mühltal / Oberau: Very beautiful, cosy, historical chalet "Troadkasten", 2 storeys, built in 1772, renovated in 2022, surrounded by meadows and fields. 600 m from the centre of Mühltal, 2.5 km from the centre of Oberau, 6 km from the centre of Auffach, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 150 m from the stream. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Parking at 50 m. E-charging station. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 700 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
