Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV, DVD and tiled stove. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook, radio, CD-player and wood-burning stove. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Balcony 8 m2. Terrace furniture, box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). The stove can be heated on request daily.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
