Garage (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. The property is one of a type of property or apartment. The bed layout may vary! When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

The photograph shows a typical example. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. There is no reception in the holiday village. Therefore, please contact the key holder 2 weeks before arrival and provide the details of all travelers and the estimated time of arrival. Payment of the additional costs marked "on site" must be made prior to arrival by credit card or bank transfer. The landlord will inform you of the exact amount in good time.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
