The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed, two double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a gas fireplace, a heather, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden and there are two terraces. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, an oven, a stovetop, a coffee maker and a microwave.

This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 5 people is located on a chalet park right in the heart of the village of Hohentauern (with a snow-sure altitude of 1,275 meters) in Styria, right at the foot of the ski lift and offers spectacular views of the mountains, the ski lift and the village of Hohentauern.

The chalet has a cozy living room with a sofa bed, an open fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a terrace. There is also a ski room with ski boot heaters and a washing machine. You can park directly at the chalet.

The area around Hohentauern is beautiful for hiking and cycling. The Sonnberg lifts – Wald am Schoberpass are 14.2 km away, the Stadtwald lift – Rottenmann 13 km. Summer is best known for the many lakes, thermal baths and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. The more than 200 days of sunshine per year and the snow-sure ski area make this area a perfect holiday region at any time of the year.

The ski lift to the well-known and traditional family ski area Ski Hohentauern with 11 kilometers of slopes is only 300m away and various hiking trails are right on the doorstep. In every season, the chalet and the immediate surroundings offer you and your family the opportunity to enjoy an active and relaxing holiday.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
