General

The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a single bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, two heaters, two infraraed showers and a heater. In addition there is a pond and a barbecue and there are two sets of garden furniture, two gardens, two terraces and two balconies. You can park your car on three parking lots. The badroom is equipped with a urinal, a washbasin, a toilet, a bath with shower, a bath or shower and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a garage and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, an oven, two microwaves, a wood stove, a coffee maker and a stove.

This spacious, detached wooden chalet for a maximum of 7 people is located on the edge of the Austrian village of Einach, near Stadl an der Mur in Styria. In the fenced private garden you can enjoy the sun in peace and from the terrace you have a view of the beautiful mountains.

The chalet offers a cozy living room, a separate dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms with balconies on the first floor and 1 bathroom, a sauna (for a fee) and 3 on-site parking spaces.

The chalet is a perfect starting point for beautiful hikes in the mountains of the Murtal or along the Mur, where you will also find one of the most famous cycle routes in Austria: the Murtal cycle path.

The Murau ski region consists of 2 ski areas: Lachtal and Kreischberg with a total of 88 kilometers of slopes and 23 ski lifts. The Kreischberg & Lachtal ski area is particularly popular as a family ski area. The Turracher Höhe ski area offers 43 kilometers of slopes and, with an altitude of up to 2205 meters, is one of the ski areas with the most snow, and the ski bus stops just 600 meters from the chalet.

Directly in Stadl an der Mur or in Murau there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Note: There is a separate massage practice in the house, which is used by the house owner on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Dogs are welcome and are allowed to stay on the entire first floor. The sleeping area on the 1st floor is separated by a small door.

On 5 kilometer of Eder you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features swimming and your holiday home's surroundings features going out. You can also relax, because near Eder in Murau District you can go to the water or the forest.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
