General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a CD player, a heater and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, a stovetop and a coffee maker.

This cozy, detached and attractively furnished chalet for a maximum of 6 people is located in Stadl an der Mur in Styria, not far from the famous Kreischberg ski area, and offers a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountain landscape.

The chalet has an entrance area with ski boot heater, a spacious living room with TV, wood stove and seating area, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with dining table, 3 bedrooms, a fully furnished bathroom, a sauna, a large covered outdoor terrace and parking for 2 cars. There is free WiFi throughout the chalet.

The chalet is approximately 2 km from the center of Stadl an der Mur, where there are shops and restaurants as well as a popular swimming lake. The chalet is 15 km from the historic old town and golf course of Murau, in an area known as one of the sunniest regions in Austria. Quiet mountain passes, small traditional villages and densely forested mountain slopes characterize the landscape. In the immediate vicinity is the well-known Kreischberg family ski area with a total of 42 kilometers of slopes. Another ski area and hiking paradise in the Nockberge is the Turracher Höhe with 43 kilometers of slopes.

The chalet can be rented with or without a sauna. If you would like to use the sauna during your stay, you can contact the house owner personally at any time.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
