The holiday home for 27 persons has four bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, five single beds and eight bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with six televisions and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a sauna and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on six parking lots. The badroom is equipped with four showers, nine washbasins and five toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

The apartment features 2 cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and another with 2 single beds, ensuring a restful stay for everyone. Refresh in the modern bathroom, which includes a shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, offering cutlery, cookware, an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. A small starter set, including a dishwasher tab, dishwashing detergent, sponge, garbage bag, cleaning, and tea towel, will be ready for you upon arrival. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy your favorite shows on satellite TV. For added convenience, a kettle and hairdryer can be borrowed free of charge at the reception, subject to availability. Dog-friendly upon request and for a fee, your four-legged friend is welcome to join you at the Erzberg Alpin Resort and make themselves at home.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
