Walk-through room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Shower, sep. WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
Pernegg: Large, cosy single-family house "Krechen Alm", 700 m a.s.l., renovated. 4 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: property with meadow. Patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, sauna (extra). Central heating system, washing machine, drying room. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
