The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a single sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a shower and two washbasins.

This cozy and comfortable apartment for up to 2 people is located in Sankt Lambrecht, in the Murau region (Styria). The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the ski lift and is surrounded by beautiful nature and beautiful hiking trails in the mountains.

Whether you like walking, cycling, skiing or just relaxing, there is something for everyone in Sankt Lambrecht. Explore the vast forests and mountains on foot or by bike, enjoy the breathtaking views and lakes, or go on an adventure in the snow during the winter months. In Sankt Lambrecht you can still experience Austrian traditions, away from mass tourism. The village offers a public outdoor swimming pool, several local restaurants, GP, pharmacy and a supermarket within walking distance for all your needs.

With 4 ski areas in the vicinity, including the family ski area of Sankt Lambrecht with 12 kilometers of slopes, 9 lifts and a new fast gondola lift within walking distance, you can enjoy the charm of every mountain. Within the Murau region you can enjoy various other ski areas, including the Kreischberg/Murau ski area with 42 kilometers of slopes, the Turracher Höhe ski area with 43 kilometers of slopes and the Lachtal ski area with 35 kilometers of slopes.

In summer and winter you can take long walks, swim or fish in the nearby lakes such as the Auerlingsee, Furtner Teich and Pabstin Teich. In addition, you can enjoy beautiful walks at the nearby waterfalls called Günster and Graggerschlucht.

A visit to the Abbey of Sankt Lambrecht, one of the oldest monasteries in Austria, and the old town of Murau, full of shops and cozy terraces, are definitely worthwhile. And the Red Bull Ring (Spielberg) is only half an hour's drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
