Beautiful timber house "Sturmbachhütte", 1'100 m a.s.l.. 6 km from the centre of Uttendorf, 23 km from the centre of Bramberg, 39 km from the centre of Kitzbühel, 24 km from the lake. For shared use: pond. Private: property 150 m2 (fenced) with meadow. In the house: storage room for skis. 1.5 km long motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, bathing lake "Uttendorf" 6 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 18 km, gondola lift 18 km, ski bus stop 6 km, cross country ski track 6 km, fishing possibilities 500 m. Please note: On the estate animal husbandry. Fishing [permit required], on request. The owner who keeps cows on the property comes by daily to milk them. Fishing pond about 500m. €5 per fish caught.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
