The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a balcony, a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two washbasins and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker and a stovetop.

Look forward to a spacious apartment measuring an impressive 90 m2 with its own private ground-floor entrance. The flat is not only spacious but also comfortable and tastefully decorated to make you immediately feel at home.
Thanks to the hillside location, you can enjoy the stunning view on the wonderful, sun-drenched balcony. The large surrounding garden is the perfect place for your children to play to their hearts' content. The house owner runs a neighbouring farm that's home to various small animals and is always more than happy to welcome visitors. In short, a magical holiday destination awaits you. However, please note the use of snow chains in winter.
There are numerous excursion destinations in the Salzburger Land area around Taxenbach that will enrich your holiday in both winter and summer. Some recommendations include: Hohe Tauern, town of Zell am See, Krimml Waterfalls, Kaprun ski area, Hohe Tauern National Park.

This flat is not suitable for 8 adults but rather for families with children!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
