General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a bunk bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, two heaters, a stereo, a DVD player, a radio and a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony, a barbecue, a sunbed, a garden, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a bicycle parking. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a bath and a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a garage and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are three cots.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

This spacious, comfortable holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located on the 2nd floor of a holiday home in the mountaineering village of Huettschlag in Salzburgerland, near the Großarl-Dorfgastein ski area, and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

The apartment offers a comfortably furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed), a large bathroom, a washing machine, 2 balconies and a sun lounger/solarium. There is a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer as well as a gym in the basement and a garage space in the house.

Due to its location in the valley, this apartment is easily accessible all year round. Behind the house there is the possibility of cross-country skiing, as there is a cross-country ski trail there, part of a cross-country ski trail with 44 kilometers of trails. In winter, the ski bus to the Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area with 17 lifts and 73 km of perfectly groomed slopes stops almost in front of the apartment (45 m), and it is 7 km by car. The Alpendorf ski area in St. Johann im Pongau is highly recommended, with direct access to the Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski areas with a total of 210 kilometers of slopes.

For ski beginners, the small Hahnbaum ski area near the town center of St. Johann im Pongau with 7 kilometers of slopes is ideal.

In summer, Grossarl has a swimming pool, mini golf and an adventure park for the children. Lake Goldegg in the beautiful town of Goldegg am See near St. Johann im Pongau provides swimming fun in summer.

On 1 kilometer of Fintinn you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 8 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 1 kilometer. Want even more activities? Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
