The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a balcony and a roof terrace. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

The modern fitted kitchen with an additional pantry is fully equipped. In the two separate bedrooms, comfortable box-spring beds and a fantastic view of the Kitzsteinhorn await you. The bathroom has a shower, while the toilet is in a separate room. From the roof terrace and balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Leoganger Steinberge, the Steinernes Meer, the Hochkönig, the Schwalbenwand and the Kitzsteinhorn.

Starting May 1, 2025, a mobility fee will be introduced in the Salzburg region. An additional €0.50 per guest (aged 15 and older) will be charged on top of the local tax. All guests will then be able to use all public transport in the Salzburg region free of charge.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
