General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, a double sofa bed and a double high sleeper. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions. In addition there is a sauna, a set of garden furniture and a bicycle parking and there are three balconies. You can park your car on two parkings. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two hairdryers, two toilets and three showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot (incl. beddengoed).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, two coffee makers and a microwave.

This 4-star apartment has a characteristic Austrian feel thanks to the frequent use of wood. Combined with modern, fresh elements such as the well-equipped kitchen, glass doors and the comfortable living room, this results in a stay that makes you feel immediately welcome. Unwind in the shared sauna and enjoy a drink of your choice on the heated balcony. What a view huh?

The residence is located on the outskirts of cosy Piesendorf; an authentic village in Pinzgau. You walk straight to the bakery, supermarket and restaurants in the centre (about 500 m). Or you can have the local baker deliver fresh rolls to your door in the morning.

By car or ski bus (stop at 400 m) you can reach the well-known ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See in no time. Kaprun is located near a glacier and, with a peak of 3029 metres, is pretty snow-sure. You can often ski there from November to May. The Zell am See ski resort is very extensive and fun for both beginners and advanced skiers. From the slopes you have a beautiful view of the lake. In total, the Kaprun-Zell am See area has no less than 135 km of slopes. And with the ZellamseeXpress, a trip to the slopes of the Skicircus Saalbach/Hinterglemm is also among the possibilities, extending the total number of slopes to 408 km. Guests of this residence also benefit from a 10% discount on ski equipment rental at the local Skischule Entleitner.

In summer, the house owner offers you the Fun+Sommerkarte. With this you benefit, among other things, from free access to the nearby outdoor swimming pool (2 min. walk) with various slides and a children's playground. Piesendorf is known for its excellent hiking possibilities. Did you know that this area is even certified as a hiking region? The beautiful mountain landscape also offers opportunities for mountain bikers and rock climbers. Or how about an excursion with the local steam train to Zell am See, to take a boat trip on the lake? You can relax all year round in the 2000 m² spa and sauna landscape of TAUERN SPA, in a beautiful mountain location.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine Fun + Sommerkarte is included with stay from May to September
