The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double sofa beds, two bunk beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, two infraraed showers and two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a trampoline and there are three balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, three washbasins and three showers.

The holiday home has two fridge-freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two stoves, two ovens, two microwaves, two dishwashers and two coffee makers.

The golf courses of the Salzburger Land and Tyrol as well as the famous Mittersill Castle are within easy reach. The modern and light-flooded holiday home extends over two floors, with each floor forming an independent living unit. This intelligent layout is particularly suitable for families or friends travelling together, as it offers plenty of privacy, although the entire house is exclusively available to you.
The living and dining rooms are spacious, flooded with natural light and feature an open-plan kitchen, perfect for socialising, cooking and enjoying meals together. Both balconies offer breathtaking views and invite you to relax. The spacious bedrooms are lovingly furnished and two bathrooms even have an infrared sauna for additional relaxation. There is a ski bus just 300 metres away, which takes you to the extensive Kitzbühel ski area in just a few minutes. Depending on the season, the surrounding area offers a variety of activities such as winter sports, hiking or exploring the impressive sights from the Grossglockner to the Krimml Waterfalls.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
