Kleinschönau / Vitis is located near the district capital Zwettl, known as a gourmet and shopping town, city wall town and brewing town and known for its historical heritage. Well-known sights include Zwettl Abbey, the Zwettl private brewery and the Lichtenfels castle ruins.
The location is ideal for nature lovers! Nearby you will find picturesque swimming lakes that invite you to take a refreshing dip in the water in the warm months. During the winter months, the surrounding ski lifts are easily accessible and offer snow fun for the whole family. If you prefer hiking, the region offers a variety of hiking trails that take you through the impressive landscape of the Waldviertel.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
