The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a sauna, a barbecue, a jacuzzi, a balcony and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the balcony. Top floor: 2 double bedrooms. Bath/bidet/WC, double hand-basin with corner bath. Electric heating, gas heating. Small balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher. Separate gas grill outside. The outdoor sauna is a Finnish dry sauna with a wonderful panoramic view. Not included: infusion oils / fragrances. Internet access cannot be guaranteed due to the geographic location.

Klippitztörl: Large, luxurious chalet "Panorama", 1'600 m a.s.l., 4 storeys. In the district of Kliening, in a sunny position on a slope, 600 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property. In the house: with TV, WiFi, sauna, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Selbstbedienungsautomat für Verpflegung und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs in 500m. According to the provider, due to the geographical location on the mountain, WLAN reception cannot be guaranteed continuously and is highly dependent on the weather.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
