In the district of Kliening, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 400 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property. In the house: with TV, WiFi, hydro massage bath, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bumpy motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, chair lift 450 m, slopes, ski rental 200 m. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Self-service machine for food and everyday necessities in 500m. Due to the geographical location on the mountain, Internet reception cannot be guaranteed continuously and is heavily dependent on the weather.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
