Terrace furniture. Marvellous distant view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (6 cars). Electric vehicle charging station. Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Separate outdoor gas grill. Finnish dry sauna with a wonderful panoramic view. Not included: infusion oils/scents.

Private: terraced garden (not fenced). Fireplace. In the house: with TV, WiFi, sauna, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house. Electric vehicle charging station. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 800 m, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, chair lift 500 m, slopes, ski rental 200 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Self-service machine for food and everyday necessities in 700m. Due to the geographic location, internet access cannot be guaranteed.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
