Klippitztörl: Cosy, comfortable chalet "Klippitzrose", 1'600 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. In the district of Kliening, in a sunny position on a slope, 600 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property. In the house: WiFi, sauna, sun terrace. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bathing lake "Längssee" 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn, Klettergarten 2 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavanttaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Self-service machine for food and everyday necessities in 700m. Due to the geographic location, internet access cannot be guaranteed.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
