Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 15 km, restaurant 1 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 m. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
