General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds, two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and two televisions. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a bar, a porch, a barbecue, a table tennis table, a trampoline and a terrace and there are three balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four showers, two toilets, four washbasins and a bath or shower.

This modern and authentically furnished holiday home/chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located just above the village center of Innerkrems in Carinthia, almost directly on the ski slope of the Innerkrems / Kremsbrücke ski area. This holiday home/chalet is particularly suitable for large families and groups.

In the immediate vicinity is the breathtaking Nockalm Road, which is only passable in summer. The Innerkrems - Kremsbrücke ski area is located in the Nockberge Biosphere Park and offers 36 kilometers of pistes, 25 km of ski routes and 9 lifts. The Nockberge Mountains and the Lieser-Malta Valley are a true natural paradise, making them ideal for hiking and mountain biking tours. With the Schönfeld and Katschberg ski areas, there are 2 other ski areas in the immediate vicinity. Schönfeld is primarily known as a paradise for cross-country skiers, tourers and those looking for peace and quiet. The Katschberg is one of the most beautiful and, above all, snow-sure ski areas in the Eastern Alps. On 70 kilometers of slopes, everyone will find the perfect slope for carving or snowboarding.

There are plenty of shops for daily needs and a good selection of restaurants in the village.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
