The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and an infrared sauna. In addition there is a terrace, a balcony, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a bicycle parking. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two washbasins, two toilets and a bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, een afzuigkap, a coffee maker and an oven.

This pretty semi-detached chalet, located on the edge of the spa town of Bad Kleinkirchheim, has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and its central location means that the hiking and ski lift Kaiserburgbahn, the golf course, the thermal baths St. Kathrein and Römerbad as well as the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim with its many nice restaurants and shops can be easily reached on foot or by car. It has modern and cosy furnishings and a pleasant south-facing garden.

The town of Bad Kleinkirchheim is located at an altitude of 1050 m and, with the ski and hiking area Bad Kleinkirchheim - Sankt Oswald, with 103 kilometres of slopes in every season, offers the best to make your holiday a fantastic experience. In fact, the ski and hiking areas of both towns are connected. Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, the thermal baths Römerbad, an 18-hole golf course right on your doorstep, mountain biking and hiking. Well-known lakes such as Lake Wörthersee, Lake Ossiach, Lake Millstättersee and Lake Klopeinersee are easy to reach by car.
