The holiday home for 12 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double high sleepers, two double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, two DVD players, a stereo, a game console, a radio and a CD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a sandbox, a garden, a barbecue and an atmospheric fireplace and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, a massage shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

This detached wooden holiday home for a maximum of 12 people is located in Liebenfels in Carinthia, in the middle of nature on a large Berber horse stud farm. The ecologically built wooden holiday home is located at 1250 m above sea level in a secluded location in the middle of the pastures.

On the ground floor, the holiday home offers a spacious living room with a large dining table and a sofa bed for 2 people, a modern, open and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a massage shower. On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms and a toilet with a vanity. The holiday home also offers a large, beautiful terrace and a garden with garden furniture. The wooden holiday home is surrounded by pure nature and wonderful hiking and riding trails. The state capital Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee and Italy are only 30 minutes away by car. The Simonhöhe, a hiking and biking paradise and in winter the nearest ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes and 7 lifts, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Other well-known ski areas such as the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes and the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with 52 kilometers of fully snow-covered slopes can also be easily reached in about 1 hour by car.

In summer, the Kraigersee in Frauenstein, the Urbansee in Sankt Urban, the idyllic Goggausee in Steuerberg or the Längensee in Sankt Georgen offer lots of swimming fun! You can also reach the famous Wörthersee in approx. 15-20 kilometers by car.

Directly in Liebenfels or in Sankt Veit an der Glan there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
