Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Natural stone floors. Barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.

Private: garden (fenced). In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, 10 minute walk to the centre. Gondola lift 16 km. Nearby attractions: Barbarossaschlucht 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Goldeck 16 km, Mölltaler Gletscher 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Millstätter See 15 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
