The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a fireplace, a stereo, two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bidet, a bath with shower, a toilet, a shower, five washbasins and a bath or shower.

The house offers a spacious living room with a seating area, a well-equipped kitchen-diner with a dining table, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a relaxation room and 2 terraces. The house also has a washing machine and dryer and a large garden with garden furniture. You can park directly at the house.

The recreational community of Ludmannsdorf is located on a sunny, wooded ridge between Lake Wörthersee and the Drau, near the Feistritzer reservoir, with a wonderful view of the lower Rosental and the rocks of the Karawanks. The wooded area offers numerous hiking trails and cycling and mountain bike tours. The Feistritzer reservoir, and thus the river Drau, is in the immediate vicinity of the town center. A tour through the Baerenthal to the Klagenfurter Hütte is nearby (20 minutes drive to the car park near the Karawanks), an absolute insider tip for a relaxed mountain hike. The Triglav National Park in Slovenia is nearby and Italy is also only half an hour away from the holiday home.

In summer, the famous Wörthersee, the largest lake in Carinthia, the Faaker See, Ossiacher See, Hafnersee and the St. Johann bathing lake in Feistritz im Rosental offer plenty of bathing fun and can all be reached in a maximum of 45 minutes by car.

Directly in the town or in Feistritz im Rosental there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
