The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a garden, a barbecue, a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave and a coffee maker.

This cozy apartment is located on a wonderfully quiet plot in Tröpolach, within walking distance of the Nassfeld gondola. Families and friends can spend a wonderful holiday in Carinthia here and soak up the sun and relax in the communal garden with pool.

Tröpolach is a cozy place at the foot of the Nassfeld hiking and skiing area. For the active nature lover there are endless cycling, mountain biking and hiking routes. The place is also known for its adventurous toboggan run. You can also reach Lake Pressegger See in 15 minutes by car. But Italy is also very close by.

The apartment is one of four apartments in this house and is on the 1st floor. It is fully furnished and has a very spacious terrace. In the beautiful garden you will find a barbecue, sun loungers and table tennis. You can park directly on site.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
