In addition there is a balcony, a set of garden furniture and an elevator. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

This beautiful, modern holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located on the first floor of an apartment house in Hermagor - Sonnleitn in Carinthia, directly in the well-known Nassfeld ski area.

The holiday apartment can be reached with an elevator, the furnishings of the holiday apartment are well-kept and modern and offer a large living room/bedroom with a high-quality sofa bed and bunk bed, an open, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with deck chairs. You can park directly at the apartment house (reserved parking space).

In winter you can access the ski slopes of the Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes directly from the holiday apartment, and in summer it is the ideal starting point for an unlimited number of beautiful hikes, climbing trips, mountain bike tours and much more in the magnificent mountain world of beautiful Nassfeld.

There are plenty of shopping opportunities, several restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity, but the recently renovated swimming pool with sauna also offers you wonderful relaxation after a sporty day in the mountains. In addition, the ski school is right outside the door. The Pendolino summer toboggan run is also in the immediate vicinity, and for motorcyclists the Nassfeld Pass and the many beautiful mountain roads are a true paradise. From here you also have many excursion options, e.g. E.g. to Italy, you can reach Venice in 2 hours by car. You can swim in the Presseggersee near Hermagor, which is approx. 20 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
