General

The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a sauna and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, four showers and four washbasins.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker.

The 125 m² Superior Lodge offers spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests. It features 4 bedrooms, including 3 with double beds and 1 with two sets of bunk beds. The lodge has 4 bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy meals together, with cutlery, cookware, stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher, along with a toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine. A small starter kit with dishwasher tablets, dish soap (20 ml), sponge, trash bags, cleaning cloth, and tea towel is provided on arrival.

Located in the Almresort Sonnenalpe Nassfeld, Carinthia, the lodge is at 1,500 m altitude and offers Ski-in/Ski-out access. Nearby attractions include the Nassfeld +Card (summer access), a public fitness area, and free parking. The village is car-free, with access only for loading and unloading.

The highlight of the lodge is the private Finnish sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day of adventure. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy views of the surrounding mountains—perhaps the setting for your next holiday adventure. Free Wi-Fi is included. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
