3-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living room with dining table. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen) with wood-burning stove. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 3 double beds. Large patio. Marvellous panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Please note: smoke alarm. The 2 double beds on the ground floor are in two alcoves separated by a wall without doors. The shower and toilet on the lower floor are accessible only through the terrace (balcony).
Greifenburg 8 km from Dellach: Simple chalet "Wassertheureralm". Above Greifenburg, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced). Bumpy motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 11 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 11 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km, indoor swimming pool 36 km. Golf course 14 km, tennis 11 km, riding stable 14 km, mountain railway 20 km, ski lift 300 m, ski school 18 km, sled run 50 m, cross country ski track 11 km, ice field 11 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Greifenburg 8 km, Weissensee 10 km. Please note: car recommended. The chalet is situated on the "Wassertheurer Alm" approx. 1400 m above sea level. In summer, there are many hiking possibilities from the chalet. In winter, there is a small ski-lift 300 m from the Alm with a restaurant next to it (in winter only). The house is heated with wood (wood incl.). In the farmhouse of the homeowner, you can buy farm products such as eggs and bacon.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
