The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a single fold-away bed and a doubter bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a garden and a set of garden furniture and there are three balconies. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.

The apartment is on the first floor of a family house with its own staircase and offers a living/dining area with a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms with balconies, 1 single room and 1 bathroom. In summer there is seating outside in the garden. There are parking spaces directly at the house.

In summer, the Gries outdoor pool in Rennweg, the outdoor pool in St. Michael im Lungau, the Outdoor Parc & Water Park Lungau, the outdoor adventure pool in Gmünd and of course Lake Millstättersee offer lots of swimming fun!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
