Upper floor: 1 room 15 m2 with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room 18 m2 with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Large balcony 15 m2, west facing position, large terrace 20 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 9 km, grocery, restaurant, café 200 m, thermal baths "Römerbad Bad Kleinkirchheim" 20 km, bathing lake "Sirnitz" 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, skisport facilities, slopes 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 180 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bad Kleinkirchheim-St Oswald, Turrach, Falkert. Hiking paths: Nockberge. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
