The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a terrace, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment and a cot.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, satellite TV and flat screen. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (154 cm). Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Important: the apartment can not be occupied beyond the maximum number of people (plus a cot). Nespresso machine without capsules and a Blue Ray player are in the house. A trampoline is in the garden. Warning: the keyholder is on site from 15h to 18h.

There is a small granny flat in the house, which is occasionally occupied by the homeowner (private entrance).

There is a lake/open water less than 22 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing and your holiday home's surroundings features golfing. You can also relax, because near Isak in Feldkirchen you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
