In the district of Hochrindl - Kegel 7 km from the centre of Sirnitz, 30 km from the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, 22 km from the lake, 250 m from the skiing area. For shared use: natural garden 660 m2. Barbecue. In the house: WiFi, infrared sauna, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Roofed, parking. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 400 m, bathing lake "Millstättersee" 22 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, riding stable 6 km, ski lift 500 m, slopes 250 m, ski school 1.3 km, sled run 1.3 km, cross country ski track 250 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bad Kleinkirchheim, Turrach, Hochrindl. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Millstättersee, Wörthersee. Hiking paths: Nockberge. The small cottage is on the slope and offers a view to Feldkirchen. The large terrace allows to rest in the sun in winter. The Hochrindl ski area closes on March 15th each year. The Turrach and Bad Kleinkirchheim estates are open until April.

There is a lake/open water less than 22 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing and your holiday home's surroundings features golfing. You can also relax, because near Dolzer in Feldkirchen you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
