The badroom is equipped with a shower.

In the district of Dellach, 7 km from the centre of Feldkirchen, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the edge of the forest, 6 km from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: garden 1'500 m2, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Table tennis, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: sun terrace, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 200 m, public bathing area 6 km. Golf course 6 km, tennis 4 km, mountain railway 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Ossiachersee 6 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog. Additional accommodations can be booked.

There is a lake/open water less than 6 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing and your holiday home's surroundings features golfing. You can also relax, because near Frank in Feldkirchen in Kärnten you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
