This small bungalow in Bodensdorf am Ossiacher See is in a perfect location between mountains and almost directly on the lake. Couples, families and friends can unwind here, enjoy the lake and take advantage of the wide range of leisure activities in the region.

Bodensdorf is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours, water sports, swimming or simply walks around Lake Ossiach. In winter, on the other hand, the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area awaits you. If you like it cozy and dignified, the small town offers nice cafes and restaurants and there is also plenty of nightlife. Shops can be found in the nearby town center.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
