General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a garden, a terrace and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, an oven and a microwave.

The house has a very spacious garden with a pool, garden furniture, sunbathing area and its own well and is located in a very beautiful and unspoilt place in Austria. The trout pond is only 50 meters from the house and you can grill the fish you caught yourself on the grill. You can reach this house via an easily accessible asphalt road, about 7 kilometers from Eberstein. The house and the surrounding area are a paradise for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers and hikers.

Eberstein in Central Carinthia offers a beautiful mountain landscape, valleys and mountain lakes. With the Kraigersee, Urbansee and Hörzendorfer See you have real insider tips for a day of pure bathing fun. In the village you will find sufficient shopping facilities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

The Saualpe - Eberstein ski area is a dreamy little ski area with a view over half of Carinthia, ideal for learning to ski and for skiing in the sun. Other ski areas are the Koralpe, Klippitztörl and the Gerlitzen.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
