Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). 1 small room, without wardrobe with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, sep. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. 24hr guard. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Direct access to the lake with entry from the private sun terrace. 2 stand up boards are available. Awnings for shade. Air-conditioned cooling ceiling in the house which automatically cools or warms the room temperature as required.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
