Very beautiful, comfortable villa "Sunny Villa", built in 2005. In a sunny position in the residential district, directly by the canal. Private: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "25". Marina 10 km. PLEASE NOTE: Included in price is 30 USD power cost per week. Keyholder will read the meter and any additional useage cost above 30 USD will be an EXTRA cost to the client, payable locally. Direct canal access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
